is a luxurious 4,500 sq/ft two level penthouse with an unobstructed
and panoramic view of Puerto Vallarta, the Bay of Banderas, and
Pacific Ocean beyond. Perched on the fringe of tropical jungle
behind Los Muertos Beach area, Casa Ventana comprises the top
two full floors of a small and intimate condominium block, and
is one of the premiere properties in the area. We are an easy
ten minute walk to the best of city restaurants, night clubs,
shopping and beaches.
On
the first floor of Casa Ventana, bi-fold glass doors fold away
onto the deck that wraps around the living and dining room area,
and boasts a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, two master bedrooms
each with private baths, guest bathroom, laundry room and more.
On
the top floor of Casa Ventana you will find a spacious tiled sunning
deck with lush tropical gardens, and your very own private infinity
plunge pool. This level also has a bar, studio size master bedroom
with cathedral ceilings and full entertainment center, marble
bathroom, and a covered living room with built in furniture that
opens onto the deck and ocean views.
During
your stay you will be pampered by Lette, our full-time house manager
and professionally trained beauty and massage therapist, who will
make sure you are comfortable. On arrival, Lette will prepare
complimentary welcome margaritas to accompany homemade tortillas,
salsa, and guacamole.
Feel
free to make arrangements with Lette to shop for groceries, prepare
exquisite and authentic gourmet Mexican meals, as well as for
a massage or facial treatment. (Please note: meal preparation
and spa treatments are an additional charge paid directly to Lette.)

when you feel lazy and tired of the sun, stay home and watch one
of the 100+ movies in our video collection or 30 cable TV channels,
maybe read one of our hundreds of books, or just sit back and
enjoy a view that will take your breath away.

Bedroom Information
Each master bedroom suite contains a California king size bed
with quality mattresses, cotton high thread count linens, and

Policies
• Six person
maximum occupancy (unless prior approval from owner)
• Check in at 3:00 PM/Check out at 12 Noon (we will accommodate
your checkin/out time depending on our bookings, which generally
is not a problem)
• No loud music past 10PM, and guests are requested to respect
the privacy of other condominium owners and neighbors
• No pets
• Maximum one car park
Background
on Owner of Casa Ventana
Ron Eckstrom purchased Casa Ventana before it was built in 1998,
and was very much involved in the design and construction of his
penthouse at all phases. Casa Ventana is his personal residence
for two months each year, and is one of his favorite destinations.
He is a 1989 graduate of Cornell Law School in New York, member
in good standing of the California State Bar Association, and
practiced law at the firm of McCutchen, Doyle in San Francisco
for several years. He is also a former Microsoft executive based
in Asia from 1993-2000, with postings in Hong Kong, Australia,
and New Zealand.
Ron currently spends his time managing a diverse portfolio of
his properties including the Qamea
Resort and Spa, a luxury boutique resort in the Fiji Islands
that was rated as "one of the top ten luxury hideaways in
the World"!
